Our client wanted to remove the tedious task of flask mixing & sampling from their laboratory process.

This system can process up to 40 samples on different test metrices. Servo dispensing system fitted to the robot end of arm for sampling exact volumes of liquid. System is fully automatic. Load the flask trays, select the recipe, close the door and come back when the work is complete. Happy to report it passed its SAT yesterday with flying colours ( All green 😁). Electrical system and control software all carried out by Alekto in house.
